William Arruda, Founding Partner & President
Dubbed the 'Personal Branding Guru' by the media and clients alike, William Arruda is a brand strategist, public speaker and author. Combining his twenty years' corporate branding experience with his passion for the people, William founded Reach Communications Consulting, Inc. (www.reachcc.com) and most recently the Reach Branding Club.
William has become a sought-after speaker on the topics of branding, human potential and motivation by some of the world's strongest brands —including Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, Disney, IBM and Warner Bros; and he works with many up-and-coming brands as well. He has appeared on BBC TV, the Discovery Channel and Radio America. William has written for and contributed to numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, New York Newsday, Trends (Belgium), Metro (UK) and Strategies (France). He also writes for the American Marketing Association, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), PR News and MarketingProfs.
William is co-author of the upcoming book, Career Distinction: Stand Out by Building Your Brand (Wiley 2007). He is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds a Master's Degree in Education. A member of the American Airlines Million Miles Club, he spends his time traveling the world with his message of branding for business and personal success.

Kirsten Dixson, Founding Partner & Technology Director
William Arruda recruited Kirsten Dixson to launch the Reach Branding Club for her strong combination of expertise in technology, personal branding and career management. Kirsten is no stranger to developing successful businesses and careers. She founded New Leaf Career Solutions in 1997 and sold it in 2005. She's a founding partner and managing director of Brandego LLC, the leading provider of web portfolios and blogs for executives and solopreneurs.
Kirsten is one of the first five Reach-Certified Personal Branding Strategists, a Career Coach who has successfully helped hundreds of people in career transition, Technology Master of the Career Masters Institute and a former advertising and marketing professional.
She is co-author of Career Distinction: Stand Out by Building Your Brand (Wiley 2007), and her work has been featured in more than a dozen career books including 101 Ways to Recession-Proof Your Career (McGraw-Hill) and the best-selling Resumes That Knock 'Em Dead (Adams Media). She is a featured expert at The Ladders, the leading six-figure jobs site. Kirsten earned a BA degree from Vassar College and a Certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from New York University.
